How my week is going. In baked goods.

I’m taking a class on pie and tarts. This is a peach blueberry pie. Our instructor just took it out of the pan to cut it and the whole class was like 😳😮 so I had to try it.

I made something weird. Cupcakes filled with chocolate chip cookie dough.

My 40th start to finish ❤️

Getting my vinyl cutter setup so I can use it quickly/easily = 42

Inspired by something I saw on someone else’s Instagram and recognizing that I did, in fact, overbuy fruit this week, I made this amazing blueberry peach “cake”

We took a walk around @themountlenox property this morning. Beautiful blooms and an outdoor sculpture exhibit have popped up since I was last there. 🌸❤️📚
