A lot went to the bugs after the tropical storm that came through (ok and maybe my not picking them as they came ripe) but that’s ok. Pretty nice harvest today. I meant to share with pic of finished product but then I just ate it. 🙃

Sooo happy to finally have this project moving along. This is a 2.5” tall mantelpiece I designed for a miniature set I’m creating! More details on my blog (link in profile)

I love the smell of pastry cream in the morning. 😋

Just did some streaming making miniatures of what I hope will read as styrofoam mannequin heads. Making wigs to put on them Friday!

Excited to be able to bake for my dad on Father’s Day. My Baked Alaska has already gone a little wonky but it’s all perspective 😉

Started working on a 1:24 scale shotgun house miniature. This mantelpiece is similar to one I grew up with and I’ve really enjoyed the process of designing, testing and putting it together (pictured in a different miniature I repurposed for photographs).

Today is about tying off loose ends.
