I’ve been watching a lot of chocolate work videos and had to try some things. I did this all in a tiny, tiny Airbnb kitchen with no thermometer, microwave or proper tools. It’s a bit rough but was fun putting together. The handle is a maple bacon truffle and, oh, it was filled with tiramisu. Happy birthday to me!
